An application created for Code Fellows handling prospective student applications.
The app allows students to apply through a web form and then Code Fellows staff can review and rate the applications and request interviews from applicants.

Create a user account to see the application or login as admin to see reviews:
Login: admin@admin.com
Password: password
Rename config/initializers/secret_token.rb.template to secret_token.rb and set a random secret token for your application.
Change the seeds.rb to create an admin.
bundle
rake db:migrate
If you want sample data with test user account:
rake db:populate
