Set up bare domain (mbtest.org, instead of www.mbtest.org) for heroku
Apparently, godaddy doesn't let me do this (need root CNAME support), so this involves switching DNS providers.

See https://devcenter.heroku.com/articles/custom-domains#root-domain. Requires DNS transfer to support CNAME-like behavior at the zone apex domain.
