Thank you for the Library!
I was getting the below exception when calling the GetSurveyDetails method.

System.ArgumentException: Json property quiz_options doesn't exist on object Choice
at SurveyMonkey.TolerantJsonConverter.WarnOfMissingDeserializationOpportunity(String propertyName, String type)

I added the property to the class and will submit a PR.
