Manage Control displays confirmation message if the setting is not applied

Step 1: Open Manage Control popup
Step 2: Open 'Rate Limiting' or 'IP restriction' pane
Step 3: Enter the details and click on Save button (do not click on Apply button)
Step 4: Verify the confirmation message 'Request Saved'
