Role fixes and keycloak migration

• Keycloak Migration (Feature/keycloak migration #580)
  • Add logic to login to migrate a user's Authz permissions from their old user (username@provider) to the new user (user_uuid@provider) and to disable the old user
  • Switch to email address to identify User for Organization Access API
  • Grant Access on Namespace Access now requires an email address to identify a user and only accepts provider "idir"
  • Show Name instead of Username for Requester on the Access Request details
  • Organization Access now uses Email rather than Username to identify a user and only accepts provider "idir"
  • Add Subject Name to the Namespace Reports
• Sprint 56 UI Fixes (Feature/sprint 56 UI fixes #596)
• Updates for Roles in Clients (Fixes Client Roles not appearing in tokens generated for my API #593 , fixes for updating roles in clients #594)
  • Roles are set properly on access approval
  • Roles can be modified on Consumer Environment dialog
  • Roles appear in the generated Bearer Token using the credentials a Developer receives
• Stale Access (Cannot create authz profile even after assigning Credential.Issuer admin scope but requires re-login after assigning the scope to create the same #237)
  • When a user updates their permissions on Namespace Access, the permissions will now be updated for their current session so a re-login is not required
• Missing Title in Dataset can result in error for all users on Products page (make title required for dataset #606)
