Vue3 Testing - Examine Screen: Long names in Recipe area mess up bottom half of screen

When a long name is present in the conflicts tab of the Recipe area, it takes up more than half the width of the bottom half of the screen.

I observed the behavior has persisted, even after I cleared my cache

The page presents the data better on the old version, the long name is truncated on the conflicts field in the decision section
