Admin User logs in with IDIR, all pages of MET have a header that has the following characteristics:
background-color: #f2f2f2
box-shadow: 0px 5px 9px #29;
BC logo
Site Name: TBD (use MET for Prototype)
color: #494949
font: BC sans

Desktop

height: 135px
font-size: 60px

Mobile

Are we supporting Admin Mobile?
