IDIR configurations for KeyCloak are standard across the government, except that each project has its own client ID and secret. These are environment specific and can be obtained by raising an SSO request at https://bcgov.github.io/sso-requests

Once the client id and secret are obtained, they can be configured for use with KeyCloak identity providers.
