we had a user email with the following issue

The main repo could be installed without issue and works well. However, when installing the dependencies for pori_graphkb_loader, the json-cycle package couldn't be installed; I suspect that the package hasn't been maintained and has become outdated since your paper's publication.

Could you take a look? I have directed the user to the docker container, however we should still see if this can be reproduced and if we need to make changes to the loader etc dependencies. I think that json package is used in the API as well

I tried to reproduce the issue with no success:

  • cloning the current repo & checking out to the master branch
  • installing the dependencies under node v16.13.0 and npm 8.1.0

All packages installed; 8 moderate severity vulnerabilities
