SBOL Interaction Annotation Tool

Install Jupyter and Python 3 (if not installed already)
Install the followin Python modules (with pip3 install [module name]):
- ipywidgets
- requests
- jupyter_contrib_nbextensions
In the folder with the .ipynb file, run in command line:
jupyter notebook SBOLAnnotations.ipynb
