add a factsheet for each submission

Codabench provide the possibility to add a factsheet to be filled along with each submission.
We could use this to help the participant to provide some information on the submitted methods (suggestion form Lionel Spinelli).
For instance we could have a rolling menu to display which kind of reference data has been used (and this could be display on the leaderboard).
Finally, a summary of this fact sheet could be presented in the detailed result sheet.
