New variable KIDSNO or CHILDNO equal to the number of own children under age 18.

Can be derived from PRNMCHLD, which is available starting November 1999.

Some issues with this one: The jan03dd.txt, augnov05dd.txt, and jan07dd.txt data dictionaries' line for PRNMCHLD does not follow the same format as other lines. Specifically, the length is missing.

Also, the series should start in November 1999, as is the case with PRCHLD, but neither is included in the jan98dd.asc dictionary.

Had to do quite a bit to make this work. I added a new custom data dictionary, jan98dd2.asc, that covers the November 1999 forward set of variables. I also replaced text in the three data dictionaries above to include the length of the PRNMCHLD variable.

Seems to be working now. New variable name is just PRNMCHLD
