universal fetching

Support for universal fetching (using some custom logic for fetchData, fetchAllData) has been problematic due to #16 but with the latest work in redux-simple-router and react-router it should be possible to add something more robust, such as react-fetcher.

Exploring async-props since it's nicely tied into React Router, but on hold for ryanflorence/async-props#36

Release 3.0.0-rc5 has async-props support. Put a static loadProps function on your views to use. https://github.com/rackt/async-props#usage
