U+1D2B CYRILLIC LETTER SMALL CAPITAL EL looks identical to U+043B CYRILLIC SMALL LETTER EL. It should instead look like a small capital U+041B CYRILLIC CAPITAL LETTER EL. The difference is in the bottom right and top right serifs. Here is <U+1D2B, U+043B, U+041B>.
