Iosevka version 7.0.0-preview.2

Without correction tail cannot form an independent rectangle, one of its vertices always located at part of letter that looks as not intended for tails. Current implementation slows down reading and recognition.
Already existed tails from Slab-based fonts looks viable and applicable for non-Slab versions of Iosevka.
