Fix top hooks on some phonetic letters: U+0253, U+0266, U+0267, U+01A5

The hooks on the lowercase letters b-hook, h-hook, heng (Swedish sj) and p-hook all have half-arc shapes and they look more like upside down cursive y and g. They should be consistent with the other letters on the right, with a quarter-arc shape.

Here's a sample of the same glyphs in Consolas. As you can see, they all have the same hook shape:
