The bottom serifs of italic U+0278 LATIN SMALL LETTER PHI and U+1DB2 MODIFIER LETTER SMALL PHI are missing. Other Latin lowercase letters’ descenders keep their serifs in the italic fonts, as in U+00FE LATIN SMALL LETTER THORN.
