U+0461, U+047F upright variants miss serifs on the central "legs" #1514

According to #1489 (comment) , upright variants of U+0461 and U+047F (both are lowercase) should have a serif on the central "leg". But in 17.0.2 they only have one serif on the left "leg", both in upright and italic variants.

AFAIU, it's okay for slab+italic version to have such a "motion serif" behavior. But it seems the upright versions should have two serifs similar to the corresponding uppercase variants.

Please, just close the issue if this behavior is expected.
