In 17.0.2 cursive (cv66=5,6) variants of U+0423 (CYRILLIC CAPITAL LETTER U) (and derived glyphs like U+040E, U+04EE, U+04F0, U+04F2) changed serif style from "full" to "motion" (both for upright and italic). It seems wrong since a. these letters are uppercase and b. even the variant names are "cursive", not "cursive-motion-serifed".
