• The requested variant shape does not go too far away from Iosevka's design.
• The requested variant does not conflict with any characters in Unicode that Iosevka currently supports.
• At least two monospace/programming fonts, created by different designers, supported the requested variant. Provide images below.

Basically an extension of the current fully-serifed E/F with an additional serif/cap on the crossbar.

It might be useful to mention that Small Capital {E|F} (U+1D07, U+A730) and derived characters thereof would probably not use the capped serifed variants due to a lack of vertical space, similar to how Small Capital B (U+0299) does not use the asymmetric B variants.
