Default Sans/Slab Super TTC broken in pre-release #2108

Specifically the Super TTC that contains all three spacing derivations.
It's been broken since 28.0.0-alpha.2 actually. However, whenever I compile it myself, it's fine.

Alpha 2:

Beta 1:

Installing it and checking charmap shows missing ASCII characters.

My own attempt to compile the Alpha 2 Super TTC last week, which ended up absolutely fine:
