BUG: Esc not exiting insert mode when using vim keybindings

Describe the bug
Vim works to navigate around in normal mode and visual mode, but as soon as you enter insert mode, you cannot use the esc key to get back into normal mode. You can however do CTRL+[ and that will get you back into insert mode.

Expected behavior
When pressing escape in insert mode I expect it to kick me back out to normal mode.

• App Version: 4.0
• Database type: Sql Server

I will check right now on a quick fix for this, also any software recommendations to show my keypresses for these gifs?
