If you can use Beeminder without edge-skating, do you really need Beeminder?

Many hardcore Beeminder users insist that the answer is yes, which kind of undermines the thesis here. It could still be true though. Many other (probably more) hardcore Beeminder users say the answer is no. And Beeminder might be more for them, albeit not exclusively.

Is edge-skating stressful, and is that good or bad?

See our old post on how stress can be good and you can use Beeminder to get more of the good kind of stress and also use it to reduce bad stress.
