Most people are not fully aware of the details of the PR so stick to the following guidelines to make the reviewers' job easy

1. Make sure to reference the Issue in the description of the PR
2. Do not forget to mention the demo link in the PR, demo-link: nodejs-start-kit-[First Name Here].herokuapp.com
3. Fronted Related: Add Links to the updated pages
4. Backend Related: Mention Mutation/Query/Subscription in the PR as well as Issue
