Records should format the same as classes. This is how a record currently formats.

    public class AddResultParameter
    {
        public Guid ActionRequestId { get; set; }
        public string Name { get; set; } = string.Empty;
        public string Value { get; set; } = string.Empty;
    }
// vs
    public record AddResultParameter {
        public Guid ActionRequestId { get; set; }
        public string Name { get; set; } = string.Empty;
        public string Value { get; set; } = string.Empty;
    }
