Remove unused CSS:

  • for inline CSS
  • for CSS files

- remove unused inline css
- custom cssInjectTag
- AMP Optimizer Toolbox
- Minify HTML for non-AMP pages

cleaning of files:
- split options to own file for typings
- split html task middlewares to own files;
