- work on benbalter#10 skill box alignment. - made groups flow better but skillset label can still take its own line - work on benbalter#8 skillset view - conslidated template code into `$resume->show_skills($postID)` which can be called from a template for later customization. possible interim solution is to move the function call from the template into a `the_content` filter. - fixed benbalter#7 skill bars above labels
