As pointed out in #9, there's another error in this sentence.
You would want it to be "pull the page title" rather than "pull page the title"
Also, since it's a sentence, you would also want to add "the" before "first"
You would want the full sentence to be:
"A Jekyll plugin to pull the page title from the first Markdown heading when none is specified."
