Changed the test data (and expected result) to explicitly include a timezone (UTC) => test works everywhere.

Thanks for the fix! Silly error on my part :) Pulled... I think... Though I'm new to this git thing, not sure I did the pull in the entirely correct way... anyway change on master :) -Ben |

While trying to get RecordStream tests to run through, I came across a problem in the normalizetime test. The test was only working in a specific time zone (yours probably ;-)). I fixed this small thing, feel free to pull if you like it.
