Open options tab doesn't work, among other issues

In Chrome, going to extensions and then clicking the options, it never actually opens. This only a problem for me right now because link clump stopped working altogether for me. Uninstall then re-install the extension?

The options page should always open (the options page might not work, but that doesn't sound like what you describe) as that is handle by chrome and not the extension. What OS and browser version are you using?
