Describe the feature you'd like to see added
Was thinking about adding some kind of way to notify admins that there is an update available. Maybe display something in the console, maybe add a little notice at the footer. Oh yeah, speaking of the footer, it is not centered properly. Might make a pull request later if no one does.

Add "update available" indicator to footer (#517)

This checks the latest released version of Whoogle against
the current app version, and shows an "update available"
message if the current version num < latest release num.
