Currently the install-script checks to see if the libdarknet file
already exists, and if it does, immediately exits the installation
rather than continuing. Since we're now suggesting users can
toggle/enable CUDA, it would be good if users could issue `npm rebuild
darknet` after exporting the correct flags.
