1. download ncms;
2. convert to mp3 using https://github.com/nondanee/ncmdump;
3. merge folder use rsync -av /source/ /destination/ --link-dest --remove-source-files , details: https://unix.stackexchange.com/questions/127712/merging-folders-with-mv/127713
4. regenerate playlists;
