This pull request updates the code for Stardew 1.5.5 by doing the following things:

  1. Updates to NET 5.0
  2. Updates to Harmony 2.0 (version used now with SMAPI)
  3. As System.Drawing.Common no longer seems cross-platform for NET 5.0, removing all references to that and using SkiaSharp instead, which is bundled with the game.

Thanks for the PR but unfortunately the hue slider and the colour picker in your version seems to not work as intended. I have just pushed a release compatible with v1.5.6. Cheers!
