Installation

git clone https://github.com/capoe/soapxx.git
cd soapxx
./build.sh
source soap/SOAPRC

Dependencies

• boost (python mpi filesystem serialization) (Tested with Boost 1.62 and 1.67)
• openmpi
• GSL (Tested with 2.1) or MKL (MKL + intel compilers are recommended)
• GCC (Tested with 5.4.1 and 7.3.0)
• Python <= 2.7 (Python 3 bindings are not supported yet.)
