This is a real-time chat application called Chirip. It is developed to be simple yet stylish. Registered users can chat with each other, they can also search users. Since it is at the moment is only for presenting my project, user's pictures are generated with an API. Libraries, frameworks I used: -NodeJS -Express JS -Socket.io -React/Vite -Tailwind CSS / Daisy UI -Render for deployment
Use the package manager npm to install dependencies.
npm i
From the root start server:
npm run server
In frontend folder:
npm run dev
Pull requests are welcome. For major changes, please open an issue first to discuss what you would like to change.
