Runs a check and lists all installed plugins installed sorted by last update date with a warning if they are older than 6 months
Create a folder in the wp-content folder called mu-plugins if it does not exist already
Copy this file to it
Go to tools>Plugin Checker
Click Run Checker Button
Give it a moment to display the list
