Only when it is solvable from any direction.
This requires systemd. Closes #24
Adds regression tests for this.
This does not seem to pay off: the memory reduction is minimal and the CPU overhead is measurable.

This PR changes the check for order independence to happen once for each enqueued state. For now, this does not seem to be worth it.
