Translate the app in more languages

To help to translate the app, the recommended way is to use Crowdin: https://translate.berty.community.

Crowdin has built-in crowdsourced features, i.e., votes for the best translation.

The current configuration is set to the top 30 languages, feel free to ping us if you want an additional one.

The alternative way is to open pull-requests using Git. We won't document the process here since we encourage people to use the other method, but be reassured that if you can open translation PRs in full autonomy, they will be reviewed and merged.

I know the https://lokalise.com/, it's nice, has a lot integrations and tools to do the translation, but it's paid.
I will do the Portuguese/Brazil.

I can do translation to Catalan, starting from the translation to French (similar language). Most of the strings have translation to French but only a few are approved. Is there a plan to approve the French translations soon? It would be better to work from approved translations, but if that won't happen soon then I can start the translation to Catalan.
