This issue tracks the progress of the 2020 edition of the Rising Stars.

No change in the concept but the project is now built using Next.js instead of Gatsby.

The reason? I was contacted by Guillermo Rauch last year to host the Rising Stars on Zeit Now platform (that became Vercel later). So I thought it could a good occasion to use Next.js since I've heard a lot of good things about it!

The first iteration is available in the branch called next.

Hosting: from Netlify to Vercel

I requested a change from js.org side here: js-org/js.org#5354
