Pour le moment, le formulaire est en une seule étape et très long (19 champs) dont certains sont obligatoires, mais ça n'est pas indiqué.

Par exemple, ici, aucun moyen de différencier ce qui est obligatoire, et ce qui ne l'est pas :

Il faudrait indiquer en toute lettre quand ça l'est :
