En Ile de France les valeurs des indices peuvent être modifiés sans que le date_dif soit changé pour un même date_ech, on ne prenait pas en compte le changement. Maintenant oui.

L’Ile de France ne met pas à jour la date de diffusion lorsqu’ils mettent à jour le même jour, ce qui impliquait qu’on ne mettait pas à jour la base de données.
