ToolTip Display issue when a serie isVisible is set to false

Describe the bug
When a Serie is changed for Visible to invisible with IsVisible attribute set to false, The toolTip to have a visual display issue.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create for with a 2+ series chart and a btn.
2. Click on the btn to hide on of the serie
3. See error

Screenshots
The ToolTip will display something like part of a second ToolTip below.
