Heyo, saw this on twitter and wanted to give the package a try, but having some issues with the install as instructed on the README

git clone https://github.com/betsig/how_are_we_stranded_here.git
pip install how_are_we_stranded_here

Collecting how_are_we_stranded_here ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement how_are_we_stranded_here (from versions: none) ERROR: No matching distribution found for how_are_we_stranded_here

In a conda with kallisto and RSeQC installed fine with a direct pip install git call

pip3 install git+https://github.com/betsig/how_are_we_stranded_here.git
