Having a directory for betterlockscreen within the .config directory makes betterlockscreen unable to find the betterlockscreenrc.

I guess you have installed the latest release and referring to docs in the next-branch which is not released yet. |

How Has This Been Tested?
Tried using
-uwith the rc file in either location. This updates the documentation to reflect the location that works.
