Consider making the y-axis "up" in 3D #36

Pros:

  • y can be consistently used as up for 2d, 2.5d, and 3d games. Consistency across dimensions is a general Bevy goal
  • parity with unity + directx defaults

Cons:

  • Lose alignment with blender + unreal

We're now left-handed and y-up!
