Add two pictures: carelink+bayer+3g, node/tty.js+glucose+beaglebone

One picture is showing the device plus some output of tty.js being used to audit one of my glucometers. The other is of the beaglebone drawing power from a usb modem, attached to a glucose meter, a "Global Icon Option" 3g modem, and the carelink usb stick.
