Since you've found the Gruntfile, mind excluding Zepto and any other 3rd-party libraries from linting? Will make the Travis output more intelligible.

I like this a lot! Very clear translation of the physical version to the web. It took me a moment to figure out how to "use" the pieces at the bottom, so I wonder if you could provide some sort of cues. Ideas:

• If the user waits X seconds and hasn't interacted with any of the pieces (a.k.a. they don't know how to use it), maybe jitter one of the pieces back and forth, to indicate that they should click on them
• The location of the "drop zone" wasn't immediately obvious... could be as simple as
  • Making it bigger (read: more forgiving)
  • Giving the canvas a border while a piece is being dragged
