Fixed compatibility issue with Dolibarr V8

Fixed issue regarding product package factory.
Removed Plots from Resource tabs.
Updated read me files.

Customs fields have new attributes and new values for these attributes so it's important to review these parameters when the release is done. You should edit all custom fields definition for plot to make them visible and editable.

There is still an issue with top menu icon but this reported to Dolibarr team.

Preliminary release 2

This release include the ability to define a Cultivation project and to set-up cultivation tasks.

You need to have the project module activated, to create the project. you could then map it in module settings.

A Cultivation option allow to view the project, add/modify tasks to the project. For each task you could set properties, give the plots covered and % of coverage, provide the users in charge and capture time spend by users.
