I started to build an Image for IPython3. It is currently in our dev branch and will install the IRKernel for R. It has also initial support for IPerl and Bash, both commented out. Bash is crashing currently and IPerl does not register them self as plugin. This will hopefully be fixed in the next weeks.

More importantly. This new Image is currently not working with Galaxy. Not sure if this is a proxy issue or if the server internals have changed. We also need a way in Galaxy to choose the kernel before starting a notebook. It seems you can not change kernels from the notebook. Initial start page with a kernel select box? Or different interactive environments to choose from?

Okay, I'm messing about with the built in proxy now, hopefully I can get that up and running soon

Rather, I'm re-implementing it with an API to add/remove routes because I can't get it to work. While I'm at it, I'll debug any proxying issues while I'm at it.
